We present “An Introduction to Sound” seminar that covers the fundamental principles of how sound systems work. The how’s and why’s are important for all church staff to understanding sound and reduce potential frustration and tension in your ministry. No one buys a junk car expecting it to outperform a Porsche, yet often we expect something similar with sound systems…

We can help you do more with what you have; advise you when you consider new equipment or plan an upgrade program.

Digital Recording set-up

We don’t have to look far to see that the age of the cassette tape is all but gone. Take a look at your local music store to see what’s available in tape… new cars don’t come with cassette players…. the Digital audio age is here to stay! Even CD’s may have a limited life span but once you have your recording in a digital format, it’s relatively easy to convert them to new digital audio file formats. (like mp3)

* If we’re to take any message we speak beyond the time & place where it was spoken – a good recording is essential. Recording straight into a digital format is the way to go… and there are various options. Some recording decks allow for a simultaneous recording onto both CD & tape. Tape-to-CD conversions; Re-Mastering and Audio Editing

Would you like certain of your old tape series to be put onto CD – for sale or archiving? Do you need a professional job done with seamless audio tracks at 3-minute intervals? Or perhaps you’d like to add a professional quality intro or exit? We can help!

If you have an old recording that you would like to preserve but it’s in bad condition - by re-mastering we can help revive poor quality audio, boost or limit volume levels; correct EQ and convert it into a digital format that will never deteriorate again.

Extensive audio editing is also available eg. if you need the “umm’s” taken out for a radio program… or perhaps a few comments spoiled an otherwise great message or series… surgical removal of those can give that message “an extreme makeover”.

Data-Video presentation

Visual presentation in conjunction with great graphics that appeal to your target group, are a powerful and exciting combination that reinforce multiple-sensory input, grabbing peoples’ attention and boosting memory retention.

Digital Video / DVD / TV

Family Bible Church is fresh in this exciting field! Our outreach commercials from our Did You Know? series air on local cable and are available for viewing on our Home page. We're currently working towards our own television program for the not-too-distant future.

DVD's sets of our exciting "Extreme Home Makeover" series and the awesome Safe Harbor 2006 Conference are available through the church office.

Presently, we broadcast live webcasts each Sunday at 11am (eastern) and on special events. Video's of our services are available to anyone with broadband internet to watch online at any time for free, from anywhere in the world! (Check out VBS 2006!)
