(Windows 98, 2000, Me, XP, Vista, Linux, etc.)

The version of Windows Media Player
you're using. (See under "help" and "about..." on your
Players menu)

Who is your internet service provider
(or "ISP"). (Comcast, Netzero, Earthlink, AOL,...)

At what speed do you get internet?
(Dial-up, ISDN, DSL, Cable, T1,...)
This will greatly help identify any
issues and find possible solutions.
