How do I connect to the Xchange?

Join us LIVE! online every Sunday from 10:30am until after 12:00pm EDT (GMT -04H00), when this link will be active: https://fambible.ilinc.com/join/xzcfvrz (Simply click on it or paste this URL into your internet browzer.)

Notes - Register once then on return visits ensure only your name and email address are entered, even though all the other *required fields will be blank, you will NOT need to fill all those *required fields in again.  Just click the "Submit" button and you will be re-connected into the Xchange.

The first time you connect from a computer using firewall security, it might prompt you to allow or block the file that automatically installs to allow you to access the Xchange. You need to select "Allow" to continue.

  You might be prompted to install Microsoft's media player plug-in called Silverlight, if you don't already have that. This is normal and completely safe.

 What is the Xchange?

Our Online Church Community... more than just downloadable audio or streaming video, this interactive webinar format now gives us the platform to develop personal relationships with individuals who can't attend our services physically but want a great church home where they aren't judged, can be encouraged, can learn, grow, make friends and get involved - no matter where they are in the world!

Using this online software tool, people who have a high speed internet connection, are now able to join and become full members of Family Bible Church & participate interactively with our Web-Pastors as they watch the live video stream of our Sunday service. Privately request ministry or prayer to respond to the message and a Web-Pastor will call you to do just that.

Log in early and stay on after the service to text chat with other Xchange members and get to know like-hearted brothers and sisters in Christ from around the USA and the World!

We are able to use this technology on other days of the week to conduct classes, Bible Studies and “small group” meetings where participants can text chat as well as use their microphones for voice chat & even upload a picture of themselves or use their webcams to share live video of themselves with others.

Established on a consistent foundation of God’s unconditional Love & His forgiveness offered freely through Jesus to every individual regardless, this ministry has committed to non-manipulative or controlling methods to offer people the Abundant Life that Jesus came to give us in our every day lives, at every level.

We’re a very down-to-earth lot… as you will see.  The teaching we offer from God’s Word is extremely practical though not at all departing from the Power that God offers His children.

We’re not about “behavior modification” i.e. you don’t have to pretend here. Please be yourself – it’s ok… you’re OK. God loves & accepts YOU just as you are… and so do we! We're individuals who have faults and face issues too.

In time, as your core beliefs line up with God’s Word, amazing things will happen in your life… effortlessly. The change you might perhaps long for will happen,… from the inside out (and NOT vice versa), but this change doesn’t happen overnight either.

Here’s what we offer Xchange members:

• Access to our interactive live-streamed services & Bible Studies format online. With notes.

• Availability to personal contact with a Pastor of Family Bible Church to connect with or pray with you and assist you along your walk and relationship growth with the Lord.

• Online streaming video and mp3 audio archives of the meetings.

• Notification of and invitation to affiliated “local” meetings in your nation and/or region.

• Option to participate in mission trips & outreaches

• Involvement in surveys and suggestions, membership issues inclusion.

• Welcomed participation at any and all FBC meetings or special events.

• Once a year we’ll host a special Xchange Welcome here at FBC central. Enjoy a meal with senior Pastors Allen and Janice, the FBC Team and other Xchange members and participate in one or all of FBC’s services on Sunday. We’ll make housing available through our local members for those who prefer not to sleep in a hotel.

the Xchange needs your active participation:

• To grow and remain healthy, a church member should connect socially with others of like heart. Make a concerted effort to develop relationship with your FBC contact person & use the small group meetings online to chat and get to know others. Facebook is a popular online social networking tool to use to share news, history, family info, pictures etc. Many of the pastoral staff and current FBC members are regular Facebookers.

• A healthy church member is one who participates by getting “plugged in” and serves the Body in some capacity according to their desires or talents. God has given you unique abilities and passions… use these to help others hear the Good News so we can take this Message to the world!

• This is not requirement but a $39 donation will enable us to mail a packet of recommended materials that’ll lay a good foundational understanding of who FBC is and what we teach to help you get grounded in the Good News! This includes: a Discovery Class (CDs and workbook that'll help you identify your gifts and talents), a certificate of membership, a CD set of teaching to listen to in your car or at home & a highly recommended book to read by Dr. Jim Richards.

• We teach Biblically about giving and invite all our members to participate in supporting their church home as the Lord leads them. We do not manipulate. Biblical giving needs to come from your own willing heart for it to bless and enrich your life. Any donation of tithes or offerings; books, CDs or DVD purchases; payment of trip fees etc. can all be done securely through our PayPal link online. Diligent financial records are kept and a tax-deductible receipt is mailed to our donors annually.

• Please stay in touch.  Email and request a call if you'd like to talk with us urgently.

• If you need prayer, baptism, healing,… Are you in trouble? A death in the family? Have any special needs … please let us know and keep us informed. Allow us to walk with you through this.

• Technology today has given us the tools to connect with you across the World. Let use these tools to grow strong & mature in Him and together reach the entire World with the Great News of God’s Love!
